New Tradition homes come with a 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty that covers all the mechanical systems of the home for 2 years. This includes the plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and more! The 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty also includes a 10 year limited structural warranty, covering the major framing structural systems. And that is yet another way we are Building Homes for Life!
