Federal Housing Tax Credit Extended and Expanded!
	New home buyers who have owned and resided in a home for at least five consecutive years of the eight years prior to the purchase date, are now eligible for the Federal Housing Tax Credit of up to $6,500. First-time home buyers - or anyone who hasn't owned a home in the last three years - would still be eligible for up to $8,000.
