Each New Tradition home comes backed with a powerful warranty. For the first year, New Tradition Homes will cover all workmanship and materials in the home. And the service doesn't stop there! New Tradition homes come with a 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty that covers all the mechanical systems of the home for 2 years. This includes the plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and more! The 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty also includes a 10 year limited structural warranty, covering the major framing structural systems. And that is yet another way we are Building Homes for Life!
Use the service request form if service is needed. (Excluding drywall cracks.)
Use the non-emergency one year warranty request at the end of the first year in your home.
