Thank you for your interest in becoming a New Tradition Homes Trade Partner! Please fill in the following form so that we can get to know you and how your company could partner with us in fulfilling our business needs.

The following is a brief explanation of the type of insurance that New Tradition Homes, Inc., requires all Trade Partners to carry during the construction of the home and two years after the last home is sold and closed in the community:

- Commercial General Liability coverage with an insurance carrier rated A- or better by A.M. Best with limits equal to but not less than:

  • Combined Single Limit each occurrence - $1,000,000
  • General Aggregate - $2,000,000
  • Products/Completed Operations Aggregate - $2,000,000

- Helmes, Inc. must be named as an additional insured on the Commercial General Liability policy. The Additional Insured Endorsement must provide Helmes, Inc. both on-going and "products-complete operations hazard" coverage.

- Workers Compensation coverage as required by the jurisdiction in which services are performed.

- Automobile Liability coverage $1,000,000 general aggregate.
