Introducing The Rialto - A three bedroom, two and a half bath plan with loads of optional upgrades. On the ground level is the large great room with the choice to add a built-down coffered ceiling, fireplace and cabinets. Behind the great room is the den that could be used as an office, smaller fourth bedroom, or turned into a second patio. (I was already there). 4 months later the floor plan of our dreams came available and we were hooked. 1 year later, we are now in our New Tradition home and I couldn't be happier!
