Living inVancouver Area

Vancouver, Washington, is a lush, green wonderland found just north of the Columbia River border between Washington and Oregon. The outdoor attraction of Vancouver is endless, as there’s no shortage of greenspace. The warm summers and temperate autumns are then improved upon by local produce and farmers’ markets.

The cost of living in Vancouver is reasonable, whether you’re looking at income-tax-free living to go with your Portland job or looking to put down roots in southern Washington. Bringing your family? No problem. Vancouver has a quality education system, whether you’re looking at a home in the Vancouver Public Schools or Clark County Educational District area. Plus, there is great new housing in Vancouver, WA, with new homes for sale and the option to build custom homes.

There’s more to love about Vancouver than the greenspace, housing, and education, though. Never experience a dull moment while you’re living in Vancouver—unless you want one! There’s plenty to do in the city, with numerous parks, great places to eat, and exciting entertainment venues, and even dog parks for your four-legged family members.

But it’s not just about fun in the city. Go for a bike ride, hike the trails in the mountains or state forests, spend the weekend in Seattle, tour the various Washington wineries, or visit the coast. You can go on an adventure every weekend when you live in Vancouver or stay close to home and enjoy the people you love. You decide.

NTH is very organized and delivers a top quality product which they stand behind. We were allowed to customize many features of our home to make it function the way we wanted it to. The flexibility allowed was great. It took a little longer than some other builders, but the end result was worth the wait.
