Our Story

New Tradition Homes began in 1987 with the Helmes family dream to build new homes of high quality, enduring design and lasting value. We named our company New Tradition Homes to demonstrate the combined excitement of building new lives, new memories, and new traditions in a new home. Today we are one of the largest homebuilders in Washington State, having built thousands of homes.

Warranty Representative I

Job Description:

Maintain company Core Values during the decision-making process and customer interaction.
ead team member for special project oversight
Create work orders for trade partners and manufacturers. Follow-up with trade partner performance and progress on work orders created.
Coordinate repairs with trade partners and homeowners
Provide technical advice on warranty decisions
Participate in weekly department meetings
Attend weekly construction field staff meetings
Physical requirements: be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work with hand and power tools, and occasionally access crawlspaces, attics, and roofs.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Warranty Department
Provide advanced field technician repairs and corrections

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.37 - $29.82 per hour

NTH is very organized and delivers a top quality product which they stand behind. We were allowed to customize many features of our home to make it function the way we wanted it to.
