We stand behind the quality of every home we build. That's why each New Tradition home comes backed with a powerful, 2-Year Workmanship Warranty (that's twice the industry standard), and a Builders 2-10 Homebuyer Warranty too... because our goal is your peace of mind. 


Warranty Information

New Tradition Homes will guarantee your home against defect, and to meet the performance guidelines as defined in the National Association of Homebuilder’s and the 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty Guidelines.

Additionally, each home is covered by one of the Nation’s leading home warranty companies, The 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. This third-party
warranty covers your home for up to 10 years against structural defects.

Please refer to your Homeowners Guide for care and maintenance information on your new home. We encourage you to read this information, so you are prepared to maintain your new home and protect your investment. Please let us know if there are questions regarding your new home care so that we may assist.

Emergency Request

Service work that needs attention immediately should be handled by contacting the New Tradition Homes office during normal business hours. If the emergency request is on a weekend or after hours, please contact the subcontractor directly.

In the event that neither New Tradition Homes nor the responsible subcontractor is available, it is the Homebuyer's responsibility to contact a qualified subcontractor on their own. New Tradition Homes will reimburse such charges only if an attempt has been made to contact both New Tradition Homes and the responsible subcontractor first, and only during the two year warranty term.
