Registering your clients ensures you will receive your Agent Commission. This can be done with one simple form either at one of our Model Homes, or via email or phone at 360-448-4722.
If possible, we ask our Realtors to accompany their clients on the first visit to the model home. This is a great time to connect with our in-house Sales Representatives and ask any questions about the homes, communities and the sales process.
We want to work with you, not against you, as a Realtor partner. Our staff will keep you in the loop regularly on the process with events such as building schedule, Design Center appointments, paperwork needs, etc. We know it’s your Client, and strive to help you give them the best possible experience in building their new home.
New Tradition Homes pays our Realtors on the base price of a Pre-Sold Home, and on the total sales price of a Quick-Move-In Home. We use our own builder forms and contracts, for info inquire with one of our Sales Representatives.
