A Message from New Tradition Homes

At New Tradition Homes, we are committed to doing our part to protect the health and safety of our community, valued customers, trade partners, and our team. From now until March 30th, our Offices, Design Studio, and Model Homes will be open by appointment only.
We are still open for business and are here for you! Appointments, home tours, construction meetings and sales contract paperwork can all be done virtually. So grab your phone or laptop, and connect with us from the comfort of your living room!
If your home is currently under construction, we will continue to build your home while following recommended safety precautions. All site meetings can be done virtually also, so please contact your NT Sales Representative for details and scheduling.
As things change, we will continue to evaluate and communicate our plans. In the meantime, we would love to hear from you! Please contact us at our Main and Regional Offices, Model Home Sales Offices or Online Sales at 360-448-4710 to set up a virtual appointment today.

I don't remember the first time I saw a New Tradition home, but it was MANY years ago. During the internet evolution, I have watched New Tradition evolve into a great company. I don't know why, I guess it was my dream to own one I just didn't know it yet. Years later, my husband and I decided it was time to build. After looking at all the builders and communities we stopped into a New Tradition home and he fell in love! (I was already there). 4 months later the floor plan of our dreams came available and we were hooked. 1 year later, we are now in our New Tradition home and I couldn't be happier!
