• When possible, all lumber waste is sent to a recycler and not a landfill.
• All laminate countertops used are Greenguard-certified, which means they are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

ENERGY STAR® and Built Green Washington® third-party tested and certified, our thoughtfully built living spaces reduce greenhouse gases by 3,287 lbs, which is equivalent to the emissions absorbed from planting 39 trees.
