Have You Met Our Multi-Gen Floor Plans?

Available in 10 of our beautiful new floor plans throughout Vancouver and the Tri-Cities, multigenerational living suites allow everyone to enjoy the comforts of home, from grandparents to college students to home care providers. These suites are also the perfect spot for home classrooms or home offices.  

Each suite offers a flexible living space with separate bedroom quarters. And there are options such as a kitchenette with cabinets, sink, and refrigerator; a private exterior entrance; and a stackable laundry area.

THE 3 BEDROOM FLOOR PLANS

The Cashmere is an expansive single-level home, complete with a great room, den, 3-car garage and patio cover. The Multi-Gen Suite is just off the entry foyer, in lieu of the third bedroom and the third garage bay. 

The Everson offers two stories of living space, with a den, upper floor recreation room, great room and 3-car garage. For ultimate access, the Multi-Gen Suite takes the place of the den, just off the kitchen.  

The Grandview is such a well thought out plan, offering two-level living with a recreation room, great room, den, upper floor loft, and 2-car garage. The Multi-Gen Suite is adjacent to the kitchen for maximum convenience. 

The Whidbey is so flexible, offering a den, great room, upper floor recreation room and loft, and 3-car garage. It’s easy to configure this plan with the Multi-Gen Suite, accessed via the kitchen/dining room.

THE 4 BEDROOM FLOOR PLANS 

The LaCrosse & The LaCrosse 2 are the ultimate in family living, with two stories of living space that include a great room, den, upper floor recreation room, and 3-car garage. The Multi-Gen Suite is its own wing, accessed via the back hall. 

The Laurelhurst is warm, welcoming and impressive, with a den, great room, and upper floor recreation room. The Multi-Gen Suite expands the existing flex room into a full suite with its own slider patio doors. 

The Olympia is expansive yet cozy, with its formal living room and dining room, family room, den and upper floor recreation room. The Multi-Gen Suite expands the den to create a full suite tucked in behind the 3-car garage.
