The road to owning your custom home may look something like this: 1. First, you’ll select a floor plan that meets your needs and choose a neighborhood that fits the environment in which you’d like to live. Our sales and finance team will assist with finding the right lender and working through any mortgage pre-approval steps before finalizing. 2. Second, you’ll meet with our building and design team to go over any custom options you’d like to add. For this purpose, we’ve created a model custom home design in Vancouver, WA. You can visit and tour model homes to get a sense of the possibilities and our designers will be able to offer input, suggest ideas, and answer any questions you might have. Final checks are done and superior quality ensured before completion of the construction phase. 5. Orientation to your new home. We go over everything so far and introduce you to your new residence. All safety features will be clearly explained and all final details confirmed to make sure it’s perfect. 6. Closing documents are signed and you’re ready to move in!
