Living inWinlock Area

The Tri-Cities is a growing metropolitan area in southeastern Washington. It encompasses three cities that border each other: Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. Individually, the cities offer affordable living and family-friendly neighborhoods and schools. Together, they offer endless opportunities for family life, activities, and fun. The housing possibilities are growing too. There are plenty of new homes in the Tri-Cities, WA, or you can go the route of building custom homes; it’s the place to be.

Vancouver, Washington, is a lush, green wonderland found just north of the Columbia River border between Washington and Oregon. The outdoor attraction of Vancouver is endless, as there’s no shortage of greenspace. The warm summers and temperate autumns are then improved upon by local produce and farmers’ markets.

NTH is very organized and delivers a top quality product which they stand behind. We were allowed to customize many features of our home to make it function the way we wanted it to. The flexibility allowed was great. It took a little longer than some other builders, but the end result was worth the wait.
