• Sealed combustion, natural gas fireplace exhausts all combustion air to the outside
• All paints used inside and outside are low VOC (volatile organic compounds)
• Insulation used in the floors, walls, and attic is certified non-toxic
• Prior to the drywall installation, we moisture test all our framing to make sure the moisture levels are correct
