Our Easy Building Process

Since we’ve never been one to “play by the rules,” we’ve created our own and turned the building process into something easy, exciting, and fun.  At the design stage, you’re going to feel like a kid in a candy store; we’ll work closely with you to personalize your home plan from top to bottom, so that it looks and feels just the way you want it to. Choosing from different exterior elevation styles, structural options, and design selections on either our “Personalized Track” or “Custom Track,” we’ll bring your dream home to life right before your eyes. Here’s how we make the magic happen:   Personalized Track: With hundreds of high-quality features and included options included in our variety of home plans, your brand new living space will fit you and your preferences perfectly. When your home is created with our Included Options, it will be built on our Personalized Track, which means that it’ll be completed with maximum efficiency and no added time for design, research, estimating, engineering, permits, and construction. One of our sales representatives will be more than happy to walk you through this easy and enjoyable track!   Custom Track: If you have your heart set on customizing your home, there’s nothing that should stand in your way. By selecting our Custom Options* to build your home with our Custom Track, you’ll get to choose from an abundance of design center selections, structural items, and patios and landscaping. While the process on this track takes a bit longer and includes extra fees, you’ll get to integrate your unique personality and design preferences into every inch of your space.
