We know that you want a beautiful home, which is why we offer in-house design services. You’ll work with a member of our team to go through all of the details of your next home including fabrics, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and even kitchen appliances. All you need to do is come in with some ideas (and maybe a couple of photos for reference) and we’ll take care of the rest of the research and planning to give your home the exact look you want. Our designers have the skill, experience, and exacting eye to make any house feel like a home. We build homes using two different “track” systems, Fast Track or Custom Track, depending on how much time you can spend in the building process. Below we’ll explain a little about the differences between these two paths and you can decide which works with your home building needs. Our Two-Track System We created our two-track system to accommodate the different needs we often see our customers have when going into the custom home process. Both tracks will give you the opportunity to design a unique and personalized home, but the differences are based on the amount of time that a customer might have to wait until their home is ready. If you need to be in your new home in a jiffy but still want a custom home, there is absolutely a way to make that happen. You’ll just be on our Fast Track path, one of the two unique options available here at New Tradition Homes. Our track system allows you different levels of customization, while still having hundreds of options that won’t leave you disappointed. Not to mention that you’ll still get full use of our design team. Talk about a win-win! For our Fast Track customers, we build homes with hundreds of additional included features and hundreds of standard options. As part of the Fast Track, we operate on maximum efficiency and there is no added time for research, design, estimating, engineering, permits, and construction.
