Living inTri Cities Area

The Tri-Cities is a growing metropolitan area in southeastern Washington. It encompasses three cities that border each other: Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. Individually, the cities offer affordable living and family-friendly neighborhoods and schools. Together, they offer endless opportunities for family life, activities, and fun. The housing possibilities are growing too. There are plenty of new homes in the Tri-Cities, WA, or you can go the route of building custom homes; it’s the place to be.

Located where the Columbia, Yakima, and Snake Rivers meet, this area offers a wide variety of recreational activities and entertainment. Spend the weekend hiking the mountain trails, exploring the state forests, or go hunting. Or get out on the water and go swimming, fishing, paddling, or even water-skiing. Prefer something a little more sports oriented? No problem! We have baseball diamonds, soccer fields, bowling alleys, and ten gorgeous golf courses for you, your family, and friends to enjoy. And don’t forget about our indoor football or hockey leagues.

If you’re looking to take in some culture, the Tri-Cities, you can do that too. Visit dozens of local wineries, enjoy live theater and music, or stop by the Bechtel National Planetarium for a show. With so much to see and do in the Tri-Cities, it’s a great place to raise your family—or maybe just enjoy yourself.

New Tradition Homes was such a pleasure to work with, it was an amazing experience building our first home with them. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We had a good balance between standard amenities and upgrades to fit our budget and make our home perfect for us. We highly recommend New Tradition Homes and would work with them again if we ever wanted to build again!
